About Benedict Education Group

A legacy of excellence in education

Founded in 1998, BHMS is a proud member of the esteemed Benedict Education Group. For nearly a century, the Benedict network of language and vocational schools has been synonymous with academic excellence and innovation.

Founded in 1928 by Dr Gaston Bénédict, a Swiss linguist and former professor at the University of Southern California, the Benedict legacy lives on, with a focus on modern teaching methods and qualified educators, that have earned Benedict schools an international reputation for excellence.

Under the leadership of President Heinrich Meister since 1975, the Benedict Education Group has flourished, serving over 15,000 students across campuses in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, and St Gallen.

Success can be learned

Benedict programmes cater to a wide audience of learners, spanning language, business, management, executive training, IT, and medical fields. A flexible modular structure lets students customise their learning journey.
