Your journey kicks off with an immersive six-month study block, meticulously crafted to deepen your grasp of crucial business principles and sharpen your leadership acumen. Guided by top-tier lecturers and enriched with real-world case studies, you'll glean invaluable insights to thrive in managerial and executive capacities. 

Following this phase, you'll embark on your Capstone Project, an independent research investigation, tailored to align with your future aspirations. 

The MBA at BHMS gives you the flexibility to complement your academic journey with real-world experience. You can choose to return to a full-time position, applying your newfound expertise directly to your current role. Alternatively, you can opt for a six-month internship, either in Switzerland or worldwide, to build on your skills and expand your professional network.

Admission requirements

  • Open to anyone with an undergraduate degree in any discipline 

  • 2 years of work experience (internship experience is considered) 

  • IELTS 6.0 level or equivalent 

  • Part-time study available to students holding a Swiss residency permit

Level up your English skills 

The Preparatory English Programme is a ten-week intensive language course designed to help you meet the English requirements of your chosen academic pathway. 


Through a dynamic approach to language learning, master skills key to your academic and professional success, such as brainstorming ideas, outlining and structuring written texts, and expressing your opinion.  With 15-20 hours of tutor contact per week, Monday to Friday, small class sizes ensure individualised support to meet your unique needs.

Located in the heart of Lucerne, our two main campuses provide you with comfortable rooms and modern amenities to help you feel at home throughout your time with us. Shared accommodation for 3-4 people on our City Campus is included in your fees. However, room upgrades are possible for an additional fee.
