Patience and persistence in hospitality

"Studying at BHMS allowed me to gain experience in various hotels,” Jessica says, “After my last internship, which took place during the pandemic, I was offered the position of Administrative Assistant. This position taught me about Human Resources and the administration process.”

It wasn’t until a year later, following some fundamental management changes, that Jessica was offered the position of Executive Assistant.

Recalling the patience and hard work that led to this promotion, Jessica states, “This journey has taught me that perseverance pays off, and setbacks are often stepping stones to something greater. Patience and persistence are the keys to success, but you only get to know them once you experience them.”
